Hi all , Want to know if there will be problems running 32 bit xp pro on a 64bit cpu/mobo Thanks for any answers. :)

No, there won't be any problems at all. We have all been doing it since the 90's :)

Yep, having a 64-bit CPU just future-proofs you for the inevitable mainstream switch over to 64-bit OSes in the coming year or two.
