One of the 2 drives I have set in a raid array went out. How do I replace it? Do I need the same model? The array is set for reliability(RAID1, I believe).

Anybody familiar with raid that can answer this one? My system is still operational but I don't feel confident with just a single drive. PC hardware is so unreliable these days.
