I close this window only to have anotherone open saying: Could not load or run C:\windows\system32\geeby.exe specified in the registry.
I tried to run all of your requested preliminary software. Everything ran OK up to and including AVG. AVG, however, did not produce a report that could be saved. I did copy down some of the information at the end which was:

I then downloaded and tried to install SUPERAntiSpyware Home Edition. My system would not install it. A message would be displayed saying:

The Windows Installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in SAFE mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.
This I don't understand as I had just installed AVG with no problems. Also, the system was not running in the "SAFE" mode at the time.
I did download and run Hijack This from your site and the report follows.
