Last night I was uninstalling Norton Antivirus to put on Norton Internet Security because that is what my mom told me to do and all of a sudden I started getting errors like 'This application or DLL c:\DOCUME~1\fayellen\LOCALS~1\Temp\TMO4.tmp is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.' It also gives me the same error with the following at the end also.. TMPD.tmp and TMP11.tmp Norton didn't fully uninstall and my mother went in and deleted the Norton folder. Now no other Nortons can be installed and it still says Norton is on the computer. I'm not quite sure what to do.. Please help!
