hi everybody.. looks like you guys can do wonders so I'm gonna hope you can solve my problem too :)

I just formated my computer and it looks like some problems are still affecting it.. I'm running Windows XP and its almost naked right now. I was re-installing some of my programs
and I got an error when I rebooted I got a "Explorer.exe Bad Image" popup window.. now my computer keeps freezing up and some programs won't even install..

My puter was running very poorly before I formated and I was expecting things to clear up after a format but looks like I was wrong.. can you please help me with this??

I'm wondering if a lowlevel format would fix it.. but since I always end up with more troubles after re-installing a fresh new Windows XP I'll wait for you guys to help me out..

I'll check this after work, thanks for your time
