My Programs are FREEZING!

I have this problem. My programs keep freezing. Sometime I log on to the Net using firefox or explorer, it will work for a while and then freeze. Sometimes the browser just loads and I have to shut down my computer. I have to shut down manually, i cant restart thru the Start button. I scanned the computer using AVG and there are now malware infections.it was some tracking cookies that had medium risk but i removed all of those. I check the "event viewer" in Application tools in the control panel and I have numerous errors that say things like "error", "warning," and "critical. I saved the most common errors that i saw and attached them....Does anyone have an answer on what to do?
