Host Process not working

Everytime i boot up my computer I get the Microsoft windows thing telling me "Host Process for windows services stopped working and was closed" It doesnt seem to be effecting my computer, but i have no idea what the host process even is.
Running Windows Vista 32bit, with latest updates.

I tried it and when updating it says Background Intelligence transfer service (BITS) is not required currently.
Just out of curiousity what is host process?

Description of Microsoft Windows Service Host Process

Microsoft Windows Service Host Process determines and lists all services that need to be loaded and running; multiple instances of svchost.exe may appear in your Processes list as the Service Host Process groups services to allow better control
