I am having a problem with Outlook 2003. It keeps trying to send a message, even when the Outbox is empty, (e.g. it will say ‘sending message 1 of 1’, when the Outbox is empty). The error code I get is: 0x8004210B

I did a search for this code, and the Microsoft site said I needed to install Service Pack 3, but this has not worked.

I have had my laptop set up the same way for around 18 months, but have only just started getting the error message.

I have contacted Yahoo (the e-mail account I am having a problem with), but they just sent me an automated response - that was absolutely no use.

Does anyone have any other suggestions of how to get rid of this ‘rogue’ e-mail?

I know it isn't exactly the biggest problem in the world, but it is annoying me!!

Many thanks!!
