how to you make the login screen show the account types again?

like before it said 'administrator' 'guest' power user' but now it doesnt. how do you turn this off and on?

Seems that someone or something, perhaps the computer owner/administrator may have changed the name or description.

i am the computer owner. and i made one account an administrator, but i just changed it back. would this cause the information to disappear?

Start/(right click)computer/manage/local users and groups/users

right click user name for properties or naming.

Right click guest for enable or disable function.

I think maybe I am misunderstanding what you are asking.

Did you mean that you no longer have the welcome screen with the avatars?

Instead of clicking an icon to log in when you boot up, are you going directly to a logon screen with a username and password entry?

no i mean like,
Under the username and picture
it would say Administrator,poweruser exc.
(the account types)
