Hi, i really need some help!! Vista seems to be eating itself, it seems like everyim week or so (When it does its auto update) it takes out a program. The first one it got was my yahoo IM, then my Windows media player, now i got my sound card. I don't know how to fix it, can't fix any of them, so i thought i would take my laptop back to original factory settings and start all over again and see if that would work, but i can't remember how to do that. Can anyone help me out.
