Does anyone know how im supposed to set up my ram the timings are 4-4-4-15 and its 800mhz. (OCZ)

You are going to be a little more specific. You want the optimum timings? ...advice on how to install it?

Also, giving us some system specs would be nice (motherboard, CPU, etc....).

Should have went for 4-4-4-12. It's faster.

My System specs. are

Abit IP35 Pro Motherboard
E6850 Core 2 Duo 3.0 Ghz.
OCZ Ram 2 gib.
sony dvd drive


Oh also the timings on the ram say 4-4-4-15.
