How do I get IP addresses going inbound?

I'm using Visual Basic 2008 Express and I'm wondering is there a way to get IP addresses from a certain port? Like if I was playing a game and I wanted all the IP addresses going through my server on port 5678, how could I get it to write all the IP's from that port?
