Now I have 8000 ADSL but it's not actually that fast because a lot of servers limit what I want... but there are times when it's like "awesome":'

Well it turns out I was having issues before, my modem was having dropout problems and obviously download issues as well. I have replaced my modem and am now enjoying consistent connectivity and a lot of stuff is faster, especially sites like youtube. Before I couldn't even watch a video without buffering quite a few times, now it'll work first go. So yeah, this is consistent and constant, I'm quite happy about that.

It depends which Cox package your are paying for. I'm guessing the Preferred package at $47/month, which is roughly what I pay for 15Mbps down and 1Mbps up.
