I have a laptop with Vista and when starting it get stuck with a window "LogonUI32.exe" and will not continue to boot. When I close the the window nothing happen.

I can´t start the computer in safe mode so I can´t really deal with the problem.

Any ideas?

This looks like it could be a 'backdoor Trojan':

I think I'd do a "clean" install, making sure that all passwords and critical information were changed, using a known clean computer.

Looks like it and I´ll try a clean install once I´ve tried to back-up some of the files that my daughter want to keep.
