After my system has booted and I have all my desktop shortcut loaded if I go into the help menu for my system there is none. Is there a way to get my system help menu back on without rebooting? :)

Try Kelly's Korner, 3rd one down.

Also, see this site, lots of information: Troubleshooting problems with Help and Support Center

See here for How to reinstall Help and Support.

Also, MJ's Help Diagnostics (posted by Jim Habbeger here: Annoyances.org )
