Okay, my USB Flash Drive isn't working anymore. It opens in My Computer but when I click the Removable Disk Drive, it opens, but the Autoplay window also opens, so i click on open folder to view files...and then the Disk Drive Window closes but the autoplay window opens again. This goes on for about 2-3 times, and then it stops.
So I tried to reformat it by right-click->format, but then when it is about to be reformatted, it says "Windows did not complete reformatting G:" or something to that effect.
I know this has got to be because I didn't use the Safely remove Hardware, and the orange light at the side is always on when plugged, even after I try to "Safely Remove hardware".

Can I still save my USB flash drive? Counting on you guys.
It is a VGI 1Gb mobile disk.
Using Windows Vista and another computer using Windows XP.

Throw it away unless its a Kingston, in which case claim under the warranty.
They're so cheap now they're effectively dispensable items.
