I am having the same problem. If IE7 doesn't just close, then it freezes. Last week I had to reinstall Windows XP due to a fresh install of Norton Antivirus corrupting my pc. I never had the closing/freezing problem before the reinstallation. I hope someone on here can help us! It is driving me nuts!!

Or try alternate internet browsers.

Safer, Faster, Better : Posted Image

There is also Opera wich is just a very simple thing to use so if you neophytes are tired of having to go in options etc just use Opera.

Hi. Thanks for the suggestions. I found out that NETZERO was having problems & have not been able to fix/correct them yet. So, I switched internet carrier & everything is going great now. TOO BAD FOR NETZERO, AND MAYBE JUNO. Bet they have lots of customers (like myself) who can easily go elsewhere for service - that works properly.

AGAIN, THANKS TO ALL!!!!!!!!!!
