Hi there! Normally I am smarter than to fall for some okey doke BS but this one was a tricky lil thing, I went to see a film clip [ on a blogspot page no less, well I flagged the [bleep] out of that page too!] and it said that it needed something in order for it to play.. I know normal right? Anyways... Now I am this system LIKE popup saying I got a trojan and to click okay to download the cleaner I would need for it, which I know is garbage. But the thing is NOTHING I am trying is taking that annoying pop up out, I already figured its some sort of trojan, that will make the user download the real pisser, but I cant get it off, nothing has changed or anything on my computer, although I suspect its a keystroke logger .. Anyhoo.. this is the filename install_Player_3913012.exe and its coming from creaton soft.com [no spaces, I dont want to make a live link where someone could get into trouble.]

I saw in another thread where someone reported this, great!

Yes I know I was dumb for not paying attention, but I really need help on how to remove this.

• Save HJTsetup.exe to your desktop.
• Doubleclick on the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop.
• By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Hijack This.
• Click on I agree
• Then Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
• Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
• Come back here to this thread and Paste the log in your next reply.
• DO NOT have Hijack This fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

• Please double-click OTMoveIt2.exe to run it. (Vista users, please right click on OTMoveit2.exe and select "Run as an Administrator")

PLease go to Start Control Panel>Add\Remove Programs and Uninstall >Viewpoint

then close the Control Panel.

After that Please download SUPERAntiSpyware Home Edition (free version).
–Install it and double-click the icon on your desktop to run it.

• On the left check C:\Fixed Drive.

• Click Next to start the scan. Please be patient while it scans your computer.
• After the scan is complete a summary box will appear. Click OK.
• Make sure everything in the white box has a check next to it, then click Next.

As a final check Please go HERE to run Panda's ActiveScan

• Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button
• A new window will open...click the Check Now button
• Enter your Country
• Enter your State/Province
• Enter your e-mail address and click send
• Select either Home User or Company
• Click the big Scan Now button
• If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
• It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
• When download is complete, click on My Computer to start the scan
• When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location. Post the contents of the ActiveScan report

Okay When I went to run the panda active scan my Avast went off saying that panda was trying to give me Win32. CTX. So I simply disabled my Avast While the activescan was installing the files to my computer in order to perform the scan. This was a false positive right? I mean its Panda, I am sure that wont give me a virus.

Yes it is a false positive.
They sometimes detect legitimate files that are not malware.

Well I have tried to run it three times [ i have a huge HD and lots of files thanks to the Sims and stuff] but everytime it gets to a certain point it just stops and the window vanishes...

Whats going on? I am now on my forth try and this is annoying..

The name of the file it stops and vanishes on is TOSGFX.dll
