Strange activity overnight

Hi Guys n Gals.

I have all the recommended anti spy ware and anti virus recommended here.. so far and for so long nothing to report ..except that I have my PC on all the time on broadband, lately I get to my PC in the morning and I see that my windows system 32 folder is open, I didn't open it , it just happens overnight.

I have run Hijack this and done the usual online analyzer and nothing, spyware blaster..nothing, spybot search and destroy.. , nothing, avg shows nothing, task manger ..nothing unusual here either...other than sitting here overnight and watching...any ideas please?
