im trying to load my new printer a hp deskjet3550 to my hp pavilion 6553, the comp says i only have 63 mb ram but i know i have 64. how can i fix it for i can load my printer.

You probably have 1mb of memory being "shared" with the video. Because of this only 63mb are available. Consider adding some additional RAM to your system. It's an upgrade most people can do themselves, and is one of the most cost-effective upgrades you can make.
