Runtime error!

I have no clue to what made this happen because my mother was on the computer at the time working on Mavis Beacons typing school. But, after the opening credits of the application are done a pop up appears say there is a runtime error. Any idea how i can fix this?

I've tryed the unistall and reinstall method but it still shows the Runtime error.... is there anything else i could possibly try?
