This is my text file from HyjackThis. (Windows 2000) I have no clue what to check to get rid of the "Symantec Email Proxy" box that keeps appearing. It has made my resolution flaky at times, kept me from connecting on the internet, so I used a flash drive to load Hyjackthis, AVG, etc. and I was able to get to you. Any assistance will be appreciated. I have 3 computers with the same problem. Is there something else that may be the culprit? I removed symantec virus protection and have loaded and updated AVG and it has found no problems. I will try again and scan in safe mode, but I did not want to close my Hyjackthis window until I heard from you. Thanks, Debbie
