I have an unkown malware problem on my computer. I have two computers on a local network and I have Trend Micro on both. My main computer recently got infected with a Trojan horse which somehow infected the second computer. The first computer was cleared up using Tech Support with Trend, but the second was not successful. I have not received a reponse from them in while. Can anyone help? I am able to access the internet with the main computer, but the second one still does not work. My internet provider just told me that my router was not working, but when I connect the second computer directly without a router, I am still not able to access the internet. On the second (infected computer) I keep getting a warning about hpoipm07.exe try to run on the computer, but I am not sure what it is or if it is the problem. Pleas help.
