that all looks good like it should be working...
go to windows updates and get anything it says you need..
look at my bios...see if you can find any like that in yours..

Thanks for all your speedy replies.

EDIT. I saw screen shot 2 and 3 in my bios. in the advanced setting thou i don't have the "pnp/pci" option.

I did do a Windows update but i only did the high priority one. I'll check again and see if I have any optional hardware to install.

I've lost hope to fix this problem myself. I'm just going to have to take it to someone to get it fixed.
