My computer is a relatively good working system, though I am trying to fix some things, but it sounds horrible and I don't know if it's the hardware or not. I thought that fan wasn't powerful enough, but I don't know where to get the exact systems specs.

Cooling Fans...CPU 4327 RPM is the source of your noise...you have a intel prescot core cpu would be my guess
your temps are fine
