Reinstalling Windows on Dell Dimension 9100

Checked the Control Panel and noticed the Ethernet Controller and a few other drivers were missing. Dell did not include these drivers in their CD. I downloaded from their site, installed it and it is working. Wasted a lot of time in re-installing windows, and setting up connection etc.
