Laptop Badly Infected with Malware

Please help me to remove malware/adware or whatever that is causing non stop pop ups and it also takes over my browser.

A malware program installed itself on this computer and will not let me remove it.

Lastly, McAfee will not let me completely uninstall it. Can you also help with this?

THis is urgent as this is my work computer.
