CPU upgrade on motherboard....

I recently purchased a Laptop and in interested in upgrading the CPU.

Motherboard: Packard Bell BV
Model: T12C
Chipset: SIS ID0671

The above information was taken from CPU-Z

With the above information, can someone help me determine what is the max. CPU Speed and the FSB?

Your help would be much appreciated.

In rteality i doubt you will want to spend the money on a upgrade on any laptop computer. Most have very specific BIOS that does not permit much in upgrades and finding the parts will be almost impossible.
