Does anyone know how to do this pulling the default profile from the server?

You are going to have to give a lot more information if you want help. Where are you trying to pull the profile from? Are you talking about a work environment? Is your work using Active Directory? Why aren't you asking your work IT department?

So many questions, no answers.

trying to take the intiate to resolve a matter with IT.
basically i create a custome default profile but want it to point/come from the server side.
