i have a virus called swizzor and trojan called SHeur.ANKF

avg picked up these in a scan and put them in the vault i know nothing about computers so thought they was safe in ther i tried to go on pokerstars and it says a new version of this software is available on the server press ok to install if i press ok avg tells me that it is infected by swizzor any help please.
