I press express install each time on either update and it brings up Security Update for Windows XP (KB835732) every time. I install this and every time it installs it again... Never comes up with anything new.... ???

gives me two options - express or custom, can't see SP2 anywhere on the screen. Express brings up the update I mentioned already every time, even if i install it and custom gives the same option. The update is apparently 0kb. Is this right/important?

It's important because we have to make sure your XP is a legitimate copy before I'm allowed to help you. It's not looking good so far.

It's not looking too good. I'll ring the guy who put it together for me just to check but i'll bet he's installed a copy... No way of helping if it isn't valid?

I'm sorry :tazz: It's against Geeks to Go policy to help anyone who has an illegitimate copy of Windows. We can certainly help if you're able to obtain a legal copy.
