I was trying to clean up my computer files and found I was unble to delete them. All of them were saying the program was being used by something else and told me to close the program. I tried to delete them from the add and remove progrom, draging to the recyle bin, and used the program unistall program and got the same message.I was not using any of the programs while doing this. As I was trying to do this Norton noticed a Adware.WhenUSearchBar and removed it but did not solve the problem. I ran PCclear plus, Cleanup and the Norton Scan and found nothing.
