computer all jacked up

the screen color quality look like is was set to low and when i try to click anything it takes about a minute to respond. this happened after i restarted my computer and a screen came up that said "safe mode" "last known setting that worked" etc. and have 30 sec to respond and i het hit "last know setting that worked". what do i do? :tazz:

This is what I recommend you do. Go here and follow these directions. CLICK HERE Sounds like you have alot of malware and some viruses and maybe your video card isnt installed.
