Keylogger? malware?

I somehow downloaded a keylogger, I play world of warcraft, But my avast isnt able to find it for somereason, I am also getting disconnected from my bellsouth DSL, It mainly happens late at night `11-5 or 6 am, Its only for a few seconds but enough to get me kicked off wow, and disconnected from team speak. I saw on the internet where someone recommended doing a hijackthis log, so here I am. Im running windows Vista I use bellsouth DSL, ive called them, they have sent me different modems, im using new filters. Thanks in advance for any help/advice.
