I dont know anything about computers really but from looking on here ive figured out that i have a nasty malware called outerinfo it took over my internet explorer so i downloaded firefox and i think its taking over that too. my computer is so slow and constantly has pop ups coming up all the time. I have run several anti virus's but it still just stays there.
i dont know what else i can do?????????

Download ComboFix from one of the locations below, and save it to your Desktop.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
