I downloaded some file and now my computer has alot of pop-ups and in the quick bar it has a blinking yellow triangle with an exlamation mark in it. I tried to delete the file which is called Video Add-on but it said it needed permission so i went into the folder to delete each individual item but it still said it needed permission so i tried to access my task manager to see if the program was running and i couldnt access it. tried to do ctrl, alt, delete and the option does not show up, tried to do run taskmgr.exe but then an error comes up saying "Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator" but i am the administrator of the computer and also the only one who uses it.
