Outlook to ical migration

I just got a new mac running osX, and I want to transfer my calendar from outlook 2003 to ical. I got the calendar on to my mac, but some of the events are a bunch of hours off. I am noticng this most always happens with my reaccuring and all day events. I've done some reaserch, and found out it has something to to do with how I converted it and that its not just me that has this problem. I still haven't found a solution yet though
