The directions for installing your recommended antivirus software says to remove currently installed programs to avoid conflicts. I am using a new Toshiba laptop running Vista Home Basic with an AOL address and an external harddrive from a previous desktop that had an earlier version of Norton
and some McAfee and Spyware programs etc.,etc,etc. I haven't a clue what is installed or being run on my machine! How might I determine which of these particular programs are being used or installed? Thanks for any help.
