Unknown Device, Webcam wont work.

Well ive tried installing my webcam but it wont install the found new hardware wizard wont even pop up and when installing the drivers
for my webcam the video doesnt show at all it doesnt recognise my webcam wether or not i install the drivers maybe its because the are some errors in Device manager take a look at this pic. help would really be appreciated. And also i bought another webcam thinking my webcam was broken and guess what the new one didnt work either.

Probably because the system's 'SMBus Controller' driver is not installed(as your screenshot shows). This is not supplied with a device, it should be supplied with the motherboard drivers or by he PC manufacturer.

If your PC has an Intel chipset, you can get the SMBus driver for it here:

It's important to remember I'm referring here to the maker of the chipset, not the CPU (processor).
Having an Intel CPU does not necessarily mean you have an Intel chipset.
To determine which chipset you have, run 'Belarc Advisor', available here:
