Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? And if so, what do I do to identify it?
I have an ex in England who is insane and was cyber-stalking me, and I had to change all numbers and emails, etc., and he's really good at computers and knows how to hack, so I would really like to find out if it has anything to do with him.
It happens on my laptop at home, and just recently started happening on my work computer. So it could be someone "following" me, or I could just be accidentally downloading something on both computers.
I have Windows XP on both computers.
