Hello,
Having alot of trouble with my aunt's computer some sort of virus/trojan. Sends lots of popups slow performance etc and her documents in My Documents are inaccessible (which she uses regularily). I ran Ad Aware the AVG scanner and the FixIEDef fix on this website that sounded like my problem. Nothing has Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2

You are welcome :)

This was supposed to be saved inside of a text file and saved as CFScript.txt
Then dragged and dropped into Combofix to delete these entries.
Here are the instructions again Combofix will produce a log when it is done please save it and post it here in your next reply.

1. Please open Notepad
  • Click Start , then Run
  • Type notepad .exe in the Run Box.

2. Now copy/paste the entire content of the codebox below into the Notepad window:

File::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\jqiggcvy.ini
C:\WINDOWS\pskt.ini
C:\Program Files\MSN Gaming Zone\rtekefs.html
Folder::
C:\Program Files\Dot1XCfg
C:\WINDOWS\system32\up5
C:\WINDOWS\system32\tet3
C:\WINDOWS\system32\nGpxx01
C:\Temp
Registry::
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
"Notn"=-
"Dot1XCfg"=-
"Ndytpwy"=-
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\internet explorer\desktop\components\0]
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\winlogon\notify\awtstqr]

3. Save the above as CFScript.txt

4. Then drag the CFScript.txt into ComboFix.exe as depicted in the animation below. This will start ComboFix again.

Then click on Fix Checked and then close Hijackthis.
===================================
As a final check Please do an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner
(This scanner is for use with internet explorer only)

You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
  • The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
  • Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
  • Now click on Scan Settings
