Internet sharing over dialup possible?

Ok i was thinking the other day was was like wondering is there some app or something that i can make a pc awnser a call after a set time and share its internet through it? if this is possible it would bee very nice. b/c i have discovered that a laptop with bluetooth and my cell phone can be turned into a pc thats pluged into a phone line with slow dialup.. Yes im to cheap for a broadband card

If the internet and the incoming phone call are on the same line then you can't have both going at the same time. Its either the incoming call or the outgoing Internet connection on a dial-up setup.

In any case, Windows will use the fastest connection it can lay its hands on so if the machine is already on a broadband connection, you can start as many dial-up connections as you like, Windows just won't use any of them for internet access.
