Program causin computer to run slow?

Yeasterday I recieved help on how to remove this trojan from my computer by Sarah and Crete. Went to bed and woke to my computer runnin slow as all get out. I found a rogram that was installed on my computer but we never installed it. I went to uninstall it hopin that that would help and it won't let me it doesn't even give me the option to uninstall. It just says close or cancel. The name of the program is Files Secure. I believe that this is wat gave me the trojan in the first place. I want to take it off the computer and no y my computer is not runnin like normal. And yes I did clear cokkies and Browser Histor and temp files. So now what???????
