My daughter turned off, for a lack of better phrase, my Red coloring on the computer. I been thru the help and support function and have not found a way to fix it. She is 4 yrs old and goes to Nickjr.com to play her games there. She dont Remember what she did to change it. It is not the monitor, I checked it first. The Color Mangament inDisplay propeties doesnt affect it. it is like the Red pixels on the monitor failed but it is not the monitor.
I have Windows XP.

It just looks like my Computer is Color Blind.

Hello, and welcome to Geeks To Go.
Have you checked that all the cables are properly fitted?
The cables connect both on the computer and on the monitor.
