I have a Sony laptop with XP Pro. I also have a Sony desktop with Millenium. The upload speed for the desktop ranges from 76KBs to 93KBs. The laptop ranges from 44KBs to 53KBs. Is there any way I can adjust the upload speed on the laptop to equal that of the desktop? I have an ADSL connection with a Copperjet Tornado 800 external modem for both of them. The ISP speed is 8.1Mbs/896Kbs.
