The model number is smudged and I can't read it. Seems like googling it leads to sites that want me to subscribe to something. The Lexmark site offers no help. Monochrome Lexmark E322 connected to XP.

It's listed as a Monochrome laser. I found this on the UK site, it may well be a model that wasn't available in your area so there was no driver on the website for your country.
