Hi , i have recently been on holiday and come back to see my cousin has tried to install nero 7 :/ there has been a compatability issue and it wont work so he has tried to uninstall it.

Not being able to do so he has tried to delete it manually from c drive :)

all had gone except NBShell.dll

and now it wont delete

can anybody help me??

i am running windows vista

Hello, and welcome to Geeks To Go.
Since this is a .DLL file you may have some trouble deleting it.
Please follow these directions.
  • Click on the start button.
  • Type cmd
  • Press enter
  • In the command prompt window type delete NBShell.dll
  • press enter.
