Where to start......I Upgraded to service pack 2 and explorer 7. Didn't like it and wanted the old version back. Deleted from add & remove programs. SP2 deleted without a problem. explorer 7 deleted, but told me to restart. The system shut down till it got to my wall paper them I got an error saying explorer had incountered a problem and needed to close. Also asked me if I wanted to send a report. My reply was no. The error screen closed, but my wall paper stayed. That was it, no icons and didn't continue to shut down. I left it sit for a while, but nothing happened. Finally turned off power. When turned on, it goes through the startup process and gets back to wall paper and I end up with the error again and no icons.

The only way I can get any thing is with task manager. It won't let me download anything either. I tried to download the scans from your site and the screen pops up for just a second then dissapears. Also get the same thing in safe mode. Goes through startup then error screen.

Please HELP!!!
Thanks
Randy
