does Xilisoft Video converter, convert the audio in the video file to 5.1 channel audio?

you mean if the audio of video 2 ch then Xilisoft will convert them to 5.1 ch????
if I'm right .... then the answer NO

actually i got hold of a freeware program named super, which allows for the change in the audio and gives the option for 6 channels, whether it actually does so is still a question.

I don't think this is possible .... to convert 6ch to 2ch is quite simple
but 2ch to 6ch somehow unbelievable at least to me
it's like back some delete scenes to movie
btw, can you name the app???

It looks too good to be true to me. All that... for free? I encode videos for a living for my boss. We've tested and used nearly every program you can think of. We currently use Moyea FLV to Video Pro. It costs money... but seems to work the best for what we need.

i have downloaded the trial version of the Moyea, it converts only the FLV files and none other, i was talking about the regular files like .avi, Xvid, .vob etc. and further i searched more to only find out that the Moyea softwere is more into FLVconverters.
