need help with removal of a backdoor Trojan

here is the hijackthis log the problem i have had is the problem thing of system32 and the winlogon.exe (it says it cannot be found) when i scanned my comp it found 1 backdoor trojan called backdoor.win32.vb.ays
if you can help please do.. hopefully its a easy fix.(btw it doesent let me clean it with the virus program that i used to scan it with.)
